Three have reduced the cost of the Mix & Match 700 price plan to only £18 per month. This deal was removed quickly last time it went up, and it's just back up on their site again today. Expires today probably.

- 700 mins or texts

- unlimited 3to3 calls

- free phone, from a choice of three handsets (or pay a bit extra for a different model)

- free voicemail

- £55 quidco credit (so use Quidco to get to 3's website, not the included link!)

- £30 (or £45 if buying internet access) credit for using Refer A Friend number

Note: 18 month contract.

Personally not a fan of 3 mobile - but you cant really argue with that price!

Voted hot.

Might be worth adding the minimum contact term for info...?

be careful, 3 have changed their second level provider again and there are reports of poor signal quality using 3 again

Good deal but 3 isn't the best network around, I'd never go back to them! If it was any other network it would have been voted hot from me

Yes, but it expired after a few days last time. It went active again today.

Are you saying I shouldn't have bothered???

I've been with them for a while, and got a second phone for my dad with this deal + Quidco + RAF. Three have been as good as any other network as far as I have found, but cheaper.

I think they switched to Orange, from O2?

Three and T-Mobile are merging their services and hope to start going live next year in some areas but it is a long term project

they used to be on O2 and changed to Orange a couple of years ago, but I understand O2 have now given them a better deal (financially)....but $h1t coverage

will i be able to change to tihs priceplan, im already on £18 a month

I wouldn't expect so.

Hi there the offer sounds good but beware the signal is really bad I go all over the uk with work the service is terrible, I had a 6500 slide phone which 3 have now admitted to me is unable to work on the 3 service as it should, dropped calls poor signal. they are waiting for software upgrades for this phone and some others as well. customer service is awful. they have since changed the phone free of charge to another make and this is just as bad, I called three again and have been told if no signal is being received please move into a high signal area :x how stupid, I have tried all around my local area to no avail, Please Please do not make the same mistake as I have avoid at all costs. I am counting down the days till the end of my contract.

I have been with three for the last couple years but recently I haven't been able to receive or make any calls at home and it is fine elsewhere and it is the same for the parents phone as welll I have spoke to them and they say that I should manually connect to the orange network. Haven't tried to see if it works or not.

I have just upgraded my contract and am getting the Nokia 6500 slide? Is this phone really bad on the network? If so should I change it for a different phone?

Thanks

Yes you do get 14 days. But I got one of those phones last month and it has no problems at all, so I would take all the doom and gloom with a pinch of salt. Basically I have heard similar complaints about all the networks.
