Shows them including VAT currently (although they weren't yesterday)
The one they are talking about is the "Scratch and Dent"...
Quite happy that I sold my 2-year old 9350 a couple of days ago for £600 on gumtree, probably would have gotten less with this prices in place

Prices are before VAT but discounts are applied after VAT so in the case of the Inspirons or XPS 13's the price ends up lower than the before VAT amount

Thanks! Did the trick
Is the 5378 2 in 1 a decent choice for home with occasional business use? Would cope with Remote Desktop, excel and the usual basics? Or would another be better without the 2 in 1? Thanks
come on! who is keeping all the xps 9360 R's in their basket. release them so i can buy one lol
Took the plunge and got the 5378 with the i3 processor. Only 4g ram but can upgrade as it has 2 slots. For the other half to replace her 5 year old (very slow) laptop. Thanks op
Great find!

Probably shouldn't though as bought a Razer Stealth from Amazon yesterday...
And a Surface Pro day before that...

Argh!!!

Just done similar although mine only has the Pentium 4415U processor. Looking at the benchmarks there's not a huge difference between that and an i3. I can't see the i3 version though so maybe they've all gone. Would you mind saying what the final price was you paid for the i3 vesion? Thanks
Direct link please
I'd take a quick look here first: hotukdeals.com/dea…238
I've just saved about 70 quid vs Dell.
8360, i7, 8GB, 256GB, QHD Touch for £731.

Of course, Warehouse is a bit of a lottery.
Is it possible to put more 8GB of RAM on the 9360 R? Thanks

No XPS13 memory is soldered. SSD can be changed (at least that was the case with 9350)
Holding out for a xps 15 9570 i7-7700HQ with a 97Whr battery as an upgrade to my XPS 13 9360 i5.

How long does the battery last on your 13 9360
Depends what you are ding, but close to 10 hours off the plug.

I have yet to spin it up with video encoding to see how well it performs there (hence why I am after an i7 15") but for general work at 50% brightness it will easily last you a good working day.

Will the xps 15 with the 97 whr battery last longer?
In theory yes, but as we know nothing is straightforward.
Found a 9360R with an i7 - thanks for the heads up!
Hope you don't want them delivered soon. Just got an estimated delivery date of 04-04-2018 for my order.

Hopefully it will arrive much quicker. The last time I bought something from Dell they gave me a long lead time but then it arrived in a few days. Not sure why Dell have to be so slow to ship stuff out. People generally expect next day delivery now if the goods are in stock.
Had a look in JL today at the XPS13 - looks nice. The HP envy which is cheaper felt okay as well. One thing that does feel weird though is 16:9 aspect ratio after previously having MacBook, then a surface .
Some good deals here for sure!
Great deals OP, heat added!

Where have all the 8th Gen XPS machines gone
For anyone who gets a 5770, the fan may be as noisy as hell to start with, use the Dell Support Assist Tool that is installed and ensure the BIOS update is done. All good then, no longer sounds like a Jumbo taking off....

Poorly designed to start with but the Bios update fixes the issue. Not sure why Dell seem to have issues with their fans, has happened on a few systems.

Hi it was £283.63 including VAT
Just a quick question as this seems a good place to ask. For anyone who has dealt with the Outlet before, how have you found their delivery times?

Placed an order on Friday and the estimated delivery is currently 06/04. Just wondered if Dell tends to be quicker then the estimated?

Thanks

Initial delivery date always seems very pessimistic. Normally received within 5-6 days. This does however still seem slow compared to most suppliers these days who will do next day delivery for items in stock. Dell's couriers also seem very inflexible with no option to re-schedule the specified delivery date and no actual details of tracking until the day you receive a text telling you that the delivery will be 'today'.
Grrrr. Come on Dell, use a 21st Century Courier! Just been given a delivery date and no option to change it. Have to wait until the delivery fails and then you can re-schedule. What a waste of time and travel for the courier and an unnecessary delay in the delivery. Unfortunately there's no possibility to instruct them to leave it in a safe place (possibly understandable) but also no option to deliver it to a neighbor! All you can do is collect from the depot or specify an alternative day (with no indication of what time of day the delivery might be). Depot is 45 mins drive from where I live so long drive or take a day off work (no option for Saturday delivery, even if you offer to pay extra).
Mine arrived today so well ahead of the advised delivery. Laptop looks pristine and comes in a no thrills brown box.
