Nice, thanks

when does it expire?

This is such a good deal.
However, being the savvy shoppers we are - surely most people on HUKD are signed up to TopCashBack?!

Heat anyways. I am sure there are a few out there that will benefit.

I always use quidco. Will be signing up now. Heat added.

Oh, thought it was new Hungry House customers not TCB ones

Is there a minimum spend?

Rating hot for deal but beware!

TCB seem to be getting worse for tracking orders.
Not only have they been failing to track quite a few of my orders recently, but I talked my friend into signing up - especially when they ran the Thorntons deal near Valentines Day (buy a box of chocolates which totals to £10 and get £10 cashback first time sign ups), it didn't track and a couple of weeks later they are still ignoring this.

I've found the tracking on both major cashback sites to be quite fast recently.

You can raise the ticket / claim to get it back

You could refer your partner/cat/dog/friend from your TCB account - for a further £7.50 referral income to your account.

mines only tracked at £1.30

Gonna try this now. Here's hoping I get the £7.50 as advertised.

I believe it mentions this on the terms and conditions - but to be clear it will originally track at 10% cashback and then as long as you have met the criteria (new member, etc) then it will be uplifted to the increased £7.50 amount within 14 days (when it becomes payable).

Hope this helps

Nice always been meaning to sign up to either this or quidco but been too lazy. Finally have a good reason have some HEAT!

What a lot of nonsense! Topcashback is so good that I clicked through chrome and made a purchase using internet explorer and still tracked!

Even thought chrome is my main browser and I never clear cookies!

How long did it take for the delivery to appear on TCB?

Take extra care when signing up multiple accounts with TCB. I have done this last year. When I was about to cash all my cashback earnings, they suddenly blocked all my accounts (at that time I had 2 accounts). They let you shop and "earn" all the cashbacks, and when you are about to transfer them into your BACS Acc, or as your Tesco Clubcard Points or others, they emailed you saying that they found multiple accounts associated to yourself and that's it!

Thanks for sharing!

Did you have the payments going to different bank accounts?

2 different methods. One for my BACS Account, and another one using my Tesco Clubcard Points.

If you are going to risk having 2 account to use this offer, why wouldn't you 'refer yourself' for the £7.50 referral payment and then use Topcashback as usual in the new account, where hungryhouse is currently paying 10%? So you get the £7.50 still but you also get 10% cashback.

Hey guys, I'm bit of a paranoid noob when it comes to cashback so I have a couple of questions that I'd appreciate if someone could help with.

How reliable is the whole thing (how often do things go right/wrong)?
How easy is it to transfer the funds to a bank account?

Thanks for your assistance and apologies if this derails the thread slightly. I've been wary of using them for the past year or so, hence personal experiences would be very helpful.

Hopefully someone will answer quickly so I can take advantage before it expires. They have my favourite Indian on there!

Lucky you, I'm still waiting for £10 cashback for a £2500 holiday from Feb. last year, Avon from August and £30 from Jet 2 from last month that did not show at all!!:{

> How reliable is the whole thing (how often do things go right/wrong)?

Generally if you are using a up-to-date browser, don't have a poorly configured virus checker and have cleared your cookies recently, your sales should track. Sometimes it doesn't - we rely on 3rd party affiliate networks and frustratingly it will never be 100%. If it *does* fail however, then you can submit a claim. As long as we've seen the click, you've placed your order and met the terms, you should get it paid.

> How easy is it to transfer the funds to a bank account?

As soon as it goes payable (in this case within 14 days) you can withdraw it - you can chose how, be it BACS, Paypal, Tesco Clubcard points or various Gift Card options. Typically the funds will reach you in a few days tops - although some gift cards are send via 2nd class mail so if you go down that option you might have to wait a little longer.

Hope this helps

Thanks I will have a go

Should one add "and disabled any adblockers"? I usually have problems when I forget to pause/switch off Adblock. A bit annoying to go through the claim process as it is slow... so try to avoid this mistake.

Rated hot , as a good deal if any takeaways in your area are available. i however will not be taking the offer as:

"Sorry, but we don't have any restaurants serving your postcode. We are now adding over 500 menus per month though! So we expect to reach your area soon"

Will wait for a deal I can use!
