That link is dead for me. Where is this listed? I need a cheap storage drive.
Can't seem to find anything remotely similar on the Expansys site.
Cheers

Nope, that's because it's a desktop drive rather than a portable one.

Rather pay a little more and get a 1tb. Still a good deal I guess.

At only 46.99 for 750gb, it would be rude not to, even if it does turn out to be bulky and noisey.

After a 1TB drive really. Umming and ahhing between plumping for this ]WD 1TB disk - £55 after the voucher or holding out for something with e-sata.

What voucher is this that you speak of? I'd much rather get the Western Digital 1tb drive.

Lots of ebay deals today. Is it a full moon tonight?

I dont think this is a good deal for the price.

Cold, its a waste of money compared to all the £50/£55 1TB external drives on offfer at the moment.

full moon is tomorrow, or if your being pinickity, 12:01 tonight

Aldi have a 500gb hard drive with USB cable for 54.99 with 3 year guarantee. Very small and cool looking. This is in their Sunday deal leaflet so probably ltd stick. Works extremely well.

Thats a bit of a lie I know for a fact that there are 750Gb portable drives out there!

What he means is that there are very few mainstream drives in the 2.5" form factor, especially mounted in external cases because at these capacities the cost per GB becomes prohibitive.

What were you expecting? A 750GB 2.5" drive for almost of third of its normal cost?
