Right, we all know if you have a registered Starbucks card you get loads of free extras.
And if you know that you're probably aware you can get a coffee for £1 already with your card...
Well im in starbucks now and just got a tall filter coffee with caramel shot, soy milk and cream for 75p instead of over £2! Basically if you take in your own tumbler you get 25p off and all the other extras are free with your card anyway!

Have fun

Don't forget your free refill too. 35.7 pence per coffee! Or don't bother with my own cup so pay an extortionate 50 pence per cup.

Hot - as it just reminded me to register my card.

Where do you get the card? can't see it online

do you just pick up these cards instore?

yes my friend does this, £1 for filter with all the extras you like is pretty good. 75p even better, although carting about a cup is annoying. Anyway, pretty hot.

Yep, although you have to register it online before you can get the freebies.

It's a debit card style thing which you top up, not a loyalty card.

you can use any cup, as long as the drink size you want to order will fit in it of course. :-)

Great deal, i think i'll get my parents a card each as one of their Christmas pressies so they can go on some coffee dates in his lunch hour
Thanks for posting

Great deal, everyone loves Starbucks! Thanks OP

Soy milk AND cream?

Also if you like the VIA (Expensive prepacked instant coffee thats actually nice!) you can buy a 12 pack in a Starbucks. If pay with your (REGISTERED) card you get any tall (ie smallest) drink free, don't forget to add your cream on top too, the till takes it off! Thats the cheapest way of getting the VIAs for work (if you were going for a coffee anyway)

With the card can you only buy one coffee at a time or can you buy more than one at a time with that deal?

Give me Costa any day.

I just did it today for a box of Christmas Blend Via and a tall Gingerbread Latte for free

Been using the full benefits of the card for a while but never clicked with the syrups in the filter. Happy days

I've thought about posting this before but this deal is even better than it has been written - since it is TWO coffees for 75p. I don't bother with my own cup, so get two cups for £1.

It works like this - with a filter coffee you are entitled to a free refill. So, pay the 75p or £1 with your Starbucks card, drink the coffee, walk up to the till and ask for a refill and it will be free of charge. It is amazing how few people realise this.

Hope this helps and I promise it works.

now that really is a good deal musical! thanks

is the christmas via any good?

A question on the tumbler. Let's say you have one of the Starbucks red ones. Do you always get charged for a tall? Do they fill the tumbler up? Is the tumbler the same as a tall or are you benefitting from extra coffee too?

I also have some tumblers which must be grande - venti size. If I order a tall and hand it over will it get filled up? Otherwise they will have to use a paper cup to measure it all out and that will negate any benefits of recycling. Although the size of their receipts could be their next thing to tackle to save the environment.

@coolio

i think if im not mistaken that the official starbucks tumblers have the usual codes printed on the side so they just give you what you paid for.

I'm surprised to see the 25p off for tumbler posted as a deal as I thought it was common knowledge. However you mustn't forget must of their own containers whatever they are are no cheaper than about £6. good to know you could use your own cup.

Here's the link to Starbucks FAQ page which confirms the free refill (check towards the bottom of page). This is the link. But can you ask for any of the coffees they sell as a refill?
I never knew this, thanks Musical.

When you go in just pick up a cup off one of the tables

if you're going to carry a cup everywhere you may as well make a flask of coffee
