My Sister got this tree last year and it was so nice I went to get one myself but they'd sold out. It is lovely and full and looks stunning when decorated, not like some of the cheap looking ones you tend to find in the sales. So glad they have it again this year, have just ordered mine to collect tomorrow.

The Eiger 7’6” (228cm) Christmas Tree is strikingly tall and has the look of real tree. Build and decorate your masterpiece for all to admire this Christmas.

Not available for home delivery but they seem to have plenty of stock for click and collect (pay in store on collection).

I'd seen them on the site last year but they never seem to look as good when you get them so didn't order. When I was my Sisters I was kicking myself as it looked so much more expensive.

Glad I got one this year as the Christmas tree envy nearly killed me last year X)

Reserved one. My floor to ceiling is exactly 228cm (same as B&Q says this tree is). Is there anyway to make it a bit smaller (6 inch or so) to be able to fit a fairy on top?

Just fold the top branch down a little bit, it's really long anyway. That should make your angel a bit more sturdy too

Great thanks. Heat added.

That's what I thought. A lot of artificial tree's at this price and sometimes a lot dearer are really sparse and look a bit tatty. I think this one looks really expensive.

Gorgeous tree...I've had mine a few years and love it!.......I did have to get hubby to saw a couple of cm off the bottom though : /

Looks really full and a good quality tree for the price, thanks OP

Just reserved, thanks op What colour decorations are best for a green tree can't make up my mind what colour to go for!

What colour is the decor in your room? Pretty much anything goes with the tree so I guess it depends on your taste.

Some of my favourite colour themes.....

Thank you appreciate it. I don't drive anymore, so has to get on public transport or bike.

We've had this for 3 years now, fills the room - floor-to-ceiling - and looks fantastic when decorated. We get loads of compliments on it. I think we only paid £50 way back then and we're very happy with it.

I'm surprised the price is reduced tbh, they have other tree's that look really cheap and tacky that are still full price. I'm really looking forward to putting mine up now. Might even treat myself to some new decorations

New house , new tree i guess thank you OP will have a look at this one

Congrats on the new house

Dimension of tree is 1010mm

I picked one up in the store last week, really happy with it and the branches have different styles and textures. Also box is small I fitted it on the floor of the passenger side of the car.

I fitted the box on the floor of the passenger side, you would be able to carry it on public transport providing you have nothing else to carry, you wouldn't get it on a bike!!

box size 3ft x 11inch x 10inch and weight is 8.6kg

Does this have hinged branches? as in you don't have to individually hook them into colour co-ordinated slots?

Thank you @npm2101 and @wxmgunnersgirl for the info. Hope you manage to get one @ichayan

I just got a call from B&Q saying mine is ready for collection. Apparently they have been flying out of the store this morning and the only have 10 left so if you want one you'd better be quick

Thanks op I managed to reserve one last nite for collection today and I had a call to confirm this morning, they are now out of stock in my store. Been wanting a big tree like this for the last few years so I can't wait to put it up tonight:)

Defo hot, just bought this and it's brilliant. Thanks xx

Thanks just picked one up x

Just tried putting this together. The two trunk parts dont seem to fit together properly. When placing the top part into the bottom trunk it doesnt seem to go in far enough and is very wobbly. Is anyone else's like that?

Thank you,

Anyone, what would be the diameter of this at the bottom when fitted? Or the length of the bottom most branch of the tree will do. Trying to figure out where in the room I can fit this.

I bought this last yea for £27. I think if you sign up to b&q online (can't remember what it was but one of the staff members gave me a little card to fill out - didn't cost anything - but you got an extra % off) don't know if this is the same this year.

This tree is stunning though. We've got loads of decs on ours everybody comments on how nice it looks - and can't believe how cheap we got it for too compared to all the others! x

Might give this tree ago my dad gets 10% off on Wednesdays too being a OAP

Just bought this tree after a horrid day trawling round the shops looking for a decent tree for a decent price. Finally stumbled on this one and couldn't be happier. It looks fantastic and for £40 compared to some of the awful trees I've seen today, its a super bargain. X)

It's really lovely. I'm quite fussy and had been looking for a nice tree since last year. This one looks like a very expensive tree, is very full and looks gorgeous when decorated
