Please note that this offer is valid for new customers only, once per household and your claim is subject to manual admin approval after signup. You will be subscribed to our ongoing monthly membership upon approved redemption, unfortunately we no longer accept cancellation via email, as a small start up we really need feedback from our customers on the service, so we do ask that you call us between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Thanks

What you actually mean is you want to make cancelling as difficult as possible and to make people call to cancel, so they can be sweethearted into staying.

Other sub model beer sites don't do this.

Cannot seem to get on there...probaly being hammered
Thanks OP. Ordered
Whats the beer like for this? I usally find craft beer to be overly sweet rubbish.
If you’re a fan of Richard Herring you can use his code and it will help him continue to provide free podcasts. I would assume the code is RHLSTP but not sure......
I won't remember to cancel after 8 beers 🥴

Hi James. Thanks for updating the community here. Just looking at your site and your FAQs does say that your customers could cancel by email or live chat still - beer52.com/faq…ion

They dont half send you some rank beer. Flavoured with things like rhubarb and goosberries. Yeuch.

Anyone know of any decent sub model beer sites...ie first box subsidised
I've never known a company make it so hard to cancel, be warned!

lol just tried 3 of them. Flavored beer? I would go for a normal beer. Of course everyone has a different taste
Just as a note, I rang them, and they cancelled it without any issue. I did have to wait 6 minutes to get through.
Anyone know of any other sites that do similar offers?
had no problems cancelling on phone and received email to say subscription had been cancelled

I have managed 3 now too - easy peeler, mocha and one of the bottles. Interesting selection but I must agree, I'm more into the ordinary beers too. I guess you gonna cancel too?

Did they ask why are you cancelling?
I cancelled, horrible beer and not a nice company. When you call and say you’re cancelling they get frosty and don’t even say goodbye. Pathetic service... the ‘oh you have £10 credit trick’ was applied too. Avoid this company
I didn't have any problems cancelling. The guy on the phone didn't ask too many questions just asked why I wanted to cancel. That's it. What's is the £10 credit trick you talking about?
