8 pack ready made pancakes only 50p

Seen these in my local earlier marked up at 2 for £1 went through till at 50p each. Not £1 each then £1 taken off on reciept.

Cant argue with 8 pancakes for 50p.

Checked website and this is a national 50p deal.

Ideal for pancake day

Ready made pancakes, seriously!

half the young mums of today wouldn't know where to start cooking them from scratch Lee I'm afraid
I'm sure they taste fine but they're also one of those few things that are so easy to make it seems odd to buy unless you'll be munching them outside the house imho.
If you can't make a pancake with THREE ingredients you really shouldn't be in the kitchen !

You mean that they require three ingredients and not just two! No wonder they went wrong last year.

A-nother
If you can’t make your own Pancakes you’ve clearly been dragged up!! Easiest things in the world to make
FFS people, pancakes take quite a while to make. Okay most people have a frying pan and not a waffle maker, but these are akin to buying toasting waffles vs making waffles from scratch.

If you just want to eat one or two pancakes then doing so from scratch doesn't really make sense.

While taking one of these out of the pack and popping it in the microwave for 30 seconds may well.

Won't taste as good, but nor do most convenience foods. Nor do shop bought cookies vs home made cookies. Making cookies is about the same effort as making pancakes.
Lazy single mothers will be picking these up on the way back from Greggs.

Quite a while? You can knock up pancake batter in under 2 minutes with an electric whisk
