Great quality scents. Well I think so anyway! Going into one of their shops is a very indulgent experience. They even serve you tea (at no charge!)

Purchased 2 - One for moi et one for a xmas present.....Hopefully! But the diffuser alone should be good - good box contents!

A brief yet honest word of warning... Allboxedup are not a reliable company. I do not understand why the telegraph have used them again.
See the allboxedup Facebook page for the farce that was the 'beauty box'. Items were replaced for lesser item and a lot of people didn't even receive their purchase.
Personally I was reimbursed by the telegraph and never had a single polite or informative reply from allboxedup about my orders. My sister received a box containing 3 replacement items. She could have bought them in pound land!
The boxes were supposed to be delivered in nov 13 but some were still arriving by jan 14.

I would avoid allboxedup purely for the hassle and rude responses from their director.

Bought the diffuser at Christmas and this alone cost £25. I can't remember the flavour and I'm in the study upstairs and cant be bothered walking downstairs to the front room!

Bear in mind this is the Winter Box, so you can expect heady aromas of cinnamon, pine and reindeer poo.

Not saying that its going to happen, but just in case. Its on a first come first serve basis, so I would imaging earlier orders are less likely to run into this issue.

Wow hope these arrive - love Rituals stuff. The fragrance sticks are lovely and there are lots of nice scents.

nope all paraben free, someone bought me a couple of men's gift sets of this brand, it was ok but shower gel to me didn't smell great, over priced but at this price of £15 then its a bargain.

Not sure what the above smell like though as I had a men's range with no hand wash or sticks etc.

I bought this on Tuesday. The transaction definitely completed but they have not sent the email confirmation that the payment page said they would. Has anybody received email confirmation of their order?

I bought 3 sets & received no confirmation email so emailed them last night. They asked was I using a mobile device as they think that's why some people aren't receiving their mail from them. They did assure me of my order & that were starting to ship next week.

My transaction was completed too, but have not received confirmation of order e-mail either. This seems very unusual.
Not been able to contact anyone to find out why.

Yes, but if it is not a secure connection it does not matter if it is Mastercard.

The data traveling across the internet (Your card details) can be easily intercepted and logged.

ordered a few weeks ago on 6th May, haven't received anything yet apart from an e-mail on 12th saying will send an order update....

can't recall 100% but pretty sure I always check if secure, so at time of ordering if wasn't secure i personally wouldn't have ordered (fingers crossed) - best to check bank statements online regularly or sign up for SMS bank alerts if worried.

Does that mean that they are getting a delivery of the stuff on the 27th and we will receive our products some time later...?

I emailed them about the length of time this is taking and they quoted their terms 'within 28 days'. They did say that as a 'special consideration' they would cancel my order and give me a refund - not sure if they are aware of the Distance Selling Regulations!

That's the way I read it, they were expecting to receive stock yesterday, then they have to pick and pack and dispatch, so who knows when it will arrive with customers! And what is the betting they don't have everything as described...
