PC’s are great (not for me) But you’ve never lived if you didnt experience a Nintendo64 and Mario64 Day one. Truly Magical.

Is there any difference between this one and the Brown one? I ordered it from another deal on here.

Don’t think the brown one supports PS Classic (at least it’s not mentioned in the listing)
Is there any input lag for switch using ds4?

Doesnt feel any, feels same as Nintendo pro controller, Great these as i can use Dualshock 4 on Modded Playstation classic, and 8 Bitdo sn30 retro pad into my Sega Genesis mini i bought during Black Friday, Amazon.com $44.95.
Also use it for Mario Kart 8 Multiplayer (Dualshock 4, my retro 8Bitdo sn30 connects without this. Great item, as are 8bitdo pads.
Good price, normally around £15 in uk, a little more in the U.S

Nowadays its just a colour difference and they work exactly the same as one another when on the most updated firmware. EG, I can use my grey PS classic version on my Switch.

At first when they launched, they were different (grey for PS classic, brown for Switch). Updating is fairly easy, the files can be found on 8bitdo's website.
What's this???

Thanks, I updated the firmware. Like you said it's very easy to do.
These are good. Allowed me to use my Wii u pro controller on the Switch. Be aware that if you want to use portable on the Switch then you will also need an otg usb c adaptor cable too but they are only a few quid.
The listing has changed now to “QUMOX 8Bitdo USB Wireless Adapter”. Anyone know what this Qumox brand is? Are they counterfeit or just resellers or official products?

I received this today. It is a proper 8bitdo boxed adapter. This is then packaged inside a Qumox bag. Updated firmware on mine fine to the latest 1.30

Liked if only for your profile image
These are excellent paired with a dualshock 4 on the switch in docked, you can also use xbox one pads providing they are the Bluetooth version (I think that's mkIII) but obviously no motion controls and when you turn the switch off the controller stays on. However not checked latest firmware. I have one of each colour, use them for switch and ps classic and works well with both

Can you suggest a otg adapter that can be used while the switch is on its stand (probably one with an angled connector maybe)?
Thanks

If you are talking about the kick stand on the switch itself then the adaptor I got certainly wouldn’t be any good. I only used mine in portable mode with the switch and adapter resting on a pillow at an angle. I never thought about this issue before you raised it and looking online I’m not sure the angled adapters would help much either whilst on kickstand.

I suppose you could build yourself a wooden base of some kind with a cut out where usbc connection is but not very practical. Maybe the portable aspect with a switch is a bit of a Horlicks so best used whilst docked.

I do quite like 8bitdo products in general. I have one of their 2.4g wireless SNES controller for my SNES classic and a Bluetooth SNES controller for my switch to play from the switch SNES online library (it doesn’t require this adapter btw) and really like them both. They seem just like the original SNES controllers imo. Obviously unplayable for modern games but great for that retro SNES feeling.
