These blades are 100% fake, and will rip your skin to shreds (and yes, I've purchased quite a few from various Chinese sellers)

And remember, GearBest only allows good reviews to be published - all negative ones are simply deleted.

Try to find ANY item on the entire GearBest site with negative reviews - chances are you won't.

There are 2 reasons behind this:

1. You get given GearBest points for writing a positive review, and
2. All negative reviews get deleted / never posted in the first place

Tried from alliexpress, mine were rubbish
You'll grown a beard by the time these arrive in the post as this time of year ,as I'm still waiting over a month on a light .

As much as I'm a huge Gearbest Junkie and have had 95% satisfaction so far in dealing with them I have to agree that the lack of any negative feedback on products due to those policies (I expect you're completely correct in your reasoning) is something I personally abhor.

In the interests of fairness, I've probably purchased over 200 items from China in the last year (mainly cheap items). Only 1 item didn't arrive. Generally speaking, the quality of products has been superb.

Razor blades have been the only item I wasn't happy with, and I must have purchased over 6 lots from various different Chinese sellers (AliExpress, GearBest and eBay)

My final solution: Buy a Razorpit from Amazon for around a tenner, and buy some (genuine) Dorco blades. Using the Razorpit, you can get a single genuine blade to last anywhere from 1 month to 3 months - and with a lot less skin damage than with these Chinese knock-offs.

If you want cheap cartridge razors I find the boots 3 blade razors good for the money. It's like £3 for a pack of 4, that's like £3/month. I'd go with them instead of cheap Chinese blades, going for the lowest price possible just isn't worth it when it comes to things like razors. I use Wilkinson Sword now though, I tried one with the "free" Amazon kit and it worked much better than Gillette. Or get a Double Edge razor if you can be bothed with those, they'd cost you like £10 for an entire year even if you only use each blade once or twice. It's £10 for 100 blades.

But they're 8 for £2.55.
I bought the "Derby double edge safety razor" years ago, and was so impressed with it, I also bought it for a few relataives, I'm still using the original 100 blades with loads left, each one last a month or so:-

example, might not be the cheapest link for this, but just to show what I'm talking about.

I an now using the free razor I got from a deal on here where it was free with any purchase. I spent 99p on a couple of batteries. That razor is awesome - but I can't remember what it is and I've thrown the packaging away .

If anyone can remember the name or deal prewar, because I want some more of those blades.

I have to agree with the views on cheap blades, the same applies for cheap toothbrush heads - except the drive shaft in the heads just snap. Absolute !
