130" screen @ 800 x 480....mmmmm

I had a few projectors like this. The image was quite poor.

I have this exact projector. Bought it on Prime week for £32. Originally purchased just as a trial to see if we would actually use/watch a projector, I was/am still shocked at the quality of the image. Once the lights are off it really is very good for the price. If you are after 4k quality then don't bother, you will be disappointed, but if you are after an entry system to see if you'd like a projector then go for it.

I purchased the 100 inch screen too from Amazon at around £17. I then rang a few local roller blind factories and got a price for one that matched my screen. Got one for £15. So have a nice little entry level projector setup for £65. I'm more than happy.

Do I take a punt or not decisions decisions

you can get these cheaper on ebay. I got the one pictured just before Halloween for about £35. Not a bad bit of kit, but lacks zoom. fun to have a play around with though.

Those are at full 100"

Got one of these earlier in the year, obviously not HD but decent enough for the price. The noise from the fan though is the biggest drawback in my opinion, it's pretty loud!

Not bad for an entry level projector.

Great if your watching SD content or retro games in the dark. Or watch HD stuff and sit 10m away.
Probably does HDR just as well (or more accurately as badly) as most £600 4k sets

I'm not sure 9 inches is "Mini"

I have mine attached to Raspberry Pi 3 openelec KODI with my phone as the remote. picture quality is good at 5 metre range enough for the empty white wall in my flat .... though fan is noisy, most of the time i have the volume louder on Movies Games anyway....
All in all pleased with purchase though re-arranging the furniture in the flat after purchase does seem par for the course

I do like the idea of a cheap projector, but I'm confused about how the low resolution of the unit works with higher def content etc.?

Isn't there a version of this that has miracast?

Halloween is an excellent use of a projector. Look at AtmosFearFX. It projects images on your windows or pumpkins. Also one for christmas too, makes it look very high tech.

"normally the higher of the lumens, the higher of the brightness,BUT the HIGHER of the lumens will take many HEAT DISSIPATION problems, so Our 1000 lumens is just ok if you compared with other seller's projector!!"

Desperate marketing parroted by the OP in just the way HUKD asks you not to.

Darnit guys, "1000 lumens! (80 ANSI)" yeah, ANSI being the body that described official testing methods for projectors. It means the 1000 is total rubbish.

"This car goes 9999mph in my dreams! (30mph on actual roads)"

Actually seems rather expensive for this resolution.

this look the same as the eliphas they also sell on amazon. I got one to try and it is very decent for the price. If you want HD then stop moaning and pay a lot more. got mine with an amazon fire stick plugged in and it does the job
