For those of you interested in Hifi (master and high bit rate quality which makes a big difference with a decent setup) here is a 60 day trial of Tidal Hifi offer.tidal.com/cam…54e
It's a good service but just annoying you can't set it as default music provider on Google home mini. That would be what stops me paying for it after my trial ends
TIDAL pay artists more per stream than many other music streaming services. Important thing to consider right now. Heat!

I managed to get 3 days of HiFi accidently. The only way to downgrade is as a continuing subscriber. Cancelled.

I didn’t even know this was still a thing
Anyone know if you can cancel it straight away and still have premium for the 3 months?

Yes you can, I just did this.
Is the sound quality better than spotify?
As the artist get royalties per stream how does this work if I use this at work with over 10 people listening? Will I still need to buy a licence to broadcast?
Thank youuu!!!
Is tidal like Spotify? And does it feature Hospital Records and Drum & Bass artists as well?

I find the sound quality way better than Spotify and there’s also the option for HiFi which is leagues above other streaming services
Tidal knocks the spots off Spotify for sound quality, obviously need a half decent set of phones or speakers to tell the difference though
Tidal Doesn’t link with / work with either Goggle home or Alexa in the U.K (but does in the U.S) so on that basis I’m voting cold.
I have been using it for about a month now.
The sound quality is miles better than Spotify if like dacetheace says, you have decent speakers/headphones.
The auto playlists and suggestions leave alot to be desired though. They are nowhere near the standards of Spotify.

If you know exactly what you want to listen to tidal wins on quality
If you want suggestions and auto generated playlists etc then Spotify wins.

Either way great deal
Tidal is my personal favourite. I hate deezer, quite like Google and Spotify but I just find this easier to navigate

I just signed up for the 60 day trial yesterday too. Oh well
Tidal is pretty good, unfortunately I'm coming to the end of a previous deal so took up an Amazon music HD deal. Tidal quality is very good though would have paid for it if the Amazon deal hadn't come up.
Can you cancel in advance but still enjoy the service until the trial end date?
Yes, think so, although not 100% sure.
I used Tidal instead of Spotify during a money saving phase (still in it now), and it misses albums that should be on there. Mika, Stereophonics, were just a couple I saw. I've now got a Spotify trial and will probably keep doing that as Tidal isn't as good, plus the app is clunky.

I've done the rounds with most of the music streaming apps over the last two years and Tidal is by far the best. I'm mainly into electronic music. Definitely the best quality, user experience and catalogue of music.
huh, could've sworn I'd signed up for a previous trial... but its working! thanks OP
Sound quality is brilliant especially on the mastered albums when you have decent speakers/headphones. Have it on a free trial rotation for a while now. The UI and their music algorithims still needs a lit bit of tweaking here and there, but its still functional enough to enjoy the music.

Pertinent information for those considering the deal.
Tidal comes second after Spotify in the streaming ranks for me. Three months free is well worth trying to find out why I think that.
HOT - without a doubt the best music streaming service. Have been using it for about a year now after trying out all the others. Just started paying when the 90 day trail ended. Better quality sound than spotify across teh board and they pay artists a bit more as well.

This can be used to convert other playlists to Tidal, for free.

Careful of this, I used once and random playlists were coming up on my Spotify and my tracks were suddenly switchin mid play, must have got hacked, as soon as I changed my password it stopped
