Another Laptop direct samsung offer looks like clearing stock . Word of warning don't think about buying for another laptop brand. Whilst voltage/connector nay be same you'll invalidate your warranty

hmmm..is this a scam?I ordered the car charger and the leather pouch..every thing went well but them got an email to say order incomplete as I did not supply payment details which is not true. They are asking me to call the payment team at a premium rate number..I did but automated message that they are closed on Sunday..Wish I did not bother

I paid by debit card to avoid card charge. I got an aknowledgment email with order number then the payment problem email. The card is absolutely fine as just paid for car insurance with it 30 minutes earlier

Just email them, I think, that they will be able to sort this out.

Thanks..just spoke to customer service and they sorted it out. Not clear what was the problem as they did not need another card for payment. They say the items are sold out (the car charger and the pouch) but will get them by 06 March

I would recommend doind that, or at least email them.

You can call them on 01484 319818 to avoid calling their premium rate number
