Avoid.
I think the issues are more for their 40Mb radio based wireless Internet. They are the main infrastructure build supplier for a place I am moving to and they will be supplying the property with FTTP sometime later in the year.
If you can't get FTTP (up to 900Mb or higher depending on area) yet which is Fibre to the Premises and you only have FTTC Fibre to the Cabinet (up to 80Mb usually) then put your postcode in the HM Gov's Gigabit Voucher Scheme website and see if your postcode is eligible, then contact one of the main suppliers they list working in your area to get added to a build >

£33/month for 720mbps but it's locked to that price for 24 months too. The first 3 months are also only £17. It will go up after 24 months but thats 2 years away and you just switch then, ultra fast broadband will be more common and cheaper than anyway.
But yeah always search Google for smaller fiber companies which dont come up on comparison sites because a bunch of them dont give out commission, same reason why sites like this don't like em much either. just a simple "town name fiber broadband" will bring them up if there are any.
Cheers OP interest is registered
