"All Iceland Stores will be fully stocked at the latest 7th September."

Bernard Matthews has said the newer version is healthier as Twizzlers now contain less saturated fat and have fewer calories. Whereas the old version had just 34 per cent turkey meat, the new Twizzlers have 70 per cent meat. The rest is mainly herbs and spices, they added.

aren't these now made with something like 60% pork sludge instead of turkey? might as well call them curly pig tails...

Britain is where flavour goes to die. Anything would be an improvement.
Jamie Oliver loves a Turkey Twizzler!

I really don't understand why they would continue to call these turkey twizzlers with all the negative publicity that is attached to that name. These are clearly targeted at people who don't care what they eat as long as it's cheap.

No they are not. No pork in them at all. Ingredients list for the tomato variety :
"Turkey (70%), Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, White Sugar, Maize Starch, Brown Sugar, Tomato Powder, Smoked Paprika, Salt, Emulsifiers: Diphosphates, Sunflower Lecithin, Garlic Powder, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Spirit Vinegar, Onion Powder, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Caramelised Sugar, Antioxidants: Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Nitrate, Smoked Salt, Flavourings, Spices (Pimento, Clove), Dextrose, Malt Extract, Paprika Extract"

Chilli cheese:
"Turkey (67%), Cheddar Cheese (Milk), Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Jalapeno Peppers, Dextrose, Salt, Emulsifiers: Diphosphates, Sunflower Lecithin, Spices (White Pepper, Nutmeg, Mace), Maize Starch, Sage, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid"
I normally find peas at the bottom of my freezer, obviously Iceland find Turkey Twizzlers in there's.
These were grim back then and still grim, it's more than likely horse meat!

Bernard Matthews is dead. If he knew this crap had been reinstated he would be Twizzzling in his grave.

Well, as the original Turkey Twizzlers were first introduced when Bernard Matthews was very much alive, and whilst he, famously, was still very much in hands-on control of the business, I expect he will be instead twizzling with delight at the reintroduction of his demonic creation.

Always been a down fall those two choice of words. And really that is what it is and not a spelling mistake. If it was spelling mistakes or a missing capital letter wear ( see what i done there ) appropriate you would be in this site full time.
