Re A Bridge Too Far; i already have this on DVD upscaled on PS3 to 1080p - can anyone tell the difference on this on Blu Ray bearing in mind how long ago it was filmed?

It will obviously look better than on dvd as its an old film - you find that recent films look decent on dvd compared to blu ray but old films usually look awful on dvd

Any film shot on 'film' will better on bluray than dvd. If you look over on avforums, you'll find a thread with someone from kodak explaining what res film stock is capable of.... it is well in excess of 1080 lines.

Thats £21.97 for 3 new to Blu-Ray pre-orders
Should put £7.32 each as part of 3 for 2 offer
as think they are the cheapest new release Blu-Rays yet?

The sound specs look pretty good which is usually
a sign of a good transfer.
