Features the British films THE QUEEN, MRS HENDERSON PRESENTS, THE FULL MONTY, CONFETTI, FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL, A FISH CALLED WANDA, CHARIOTS OF FIRE, TITANIC, AN AFFAIR TO REMEMBER, and THE KING AND I.

Maybe some that you won't watch, but seems a nice boxset.

My wife wanted Titanic, which seemed to be £4, so got 9 films for an additional £9.00

Fantastic deal thanks, hardly worth recording films on home DVD. Just orderd a set. Pity the King and I isn't the original version with Yul Brynner but guess most punters on this site aren't as old as me.

Andy

What year was it when you last left the house

Dear Andrew,
At least :thinking:I have a house,
Yours sincerely...

Apologies Mr Lakeside, just realised your comment was in response to previous post, not mine and apologies Andy.

From the Play website it would seem that the King and I is the 1956 Walter Lang version with Yul Brinner.

Thank God you're back

Was it not one andywedge who posted the first ever deal in the history of man, 15% off a newly invented "wheel" on Hot UK Cave Paintings?

Hope this is correct even 'though the film was made by an American Director (Walter Lang) and 20th Century Fox.

I sometimes pop out to look for bargains too; when I'm not working; entertaining the toddler; watching football etc. I don't get much sleep though :-D
