This read gets good marks (4/5 stars almost 4000 ratings). If you are on lockdown you might need another book to download. Here's my synopsis:

“I think something might have happened to me Saturday night. Something bad.”

Enter Riley Freeman, 17-year-old honor student.

On Saturday afternoon Riley had placed a little strawberry sticker near her vajazzle and pretended it was a tattoo. She didn’t tell anyone about it. That night she went to a party that featured drinking, boys and loads and loads of drugs. Riley fell asleep, clearly off her face. She woke up the next day with no reason to think anything untoward had happened, other than she had made a bit of a mess of her jeans. Weirdly though, everyone was winking knowingly at her and asking, "Awright, Strawberry?"

So, she did what every normal person would do in those circumstances. She went to a PI and asked, "Why are they calling me Strawberry when my name is Riley? Are they mocking my fake tattoo?"

Coincidence or crime? PI Dani Ripper agrees to investigate, despite being tired of idiots and her life in general. And so the roller coaster ride begins. Enjoy.

Presumably this is meant for teens. Worth spending a few quid and reading something decent instead. Try this:

It will be 5 quid well spent and the author knew how to write fiction.......unlike the hack responsible for this rubbish.

Oh, I'm on board with Salinger tearing the ars3hole out of this, but don't knock the hack 'till you read his rubbish is all I'm going to say. "Best Selling New York Times Author" after all. And given the dark, dark subject matter: the drugs, the boys, the vajazzle, the joke tattoo, it can't be pitched at teens. Probably their parents. Stay clever. Keep 'em together.40186689-qdmPL.jpg

Oh dear god.....you can see why American literature is an oxymoron, written/released today it would not get a fraction of the praise, ground breaking is not always the same as quality.
Vagazzle it.
