I have been looking for vehicle breakdown cover, and come across the following with the AA;

Vehicle Cover + National Recovery + At Home + Onward Travel + Parts and Garage Cover

It comes out at £206, but you get a £75 fuel card from the AA, and there's also the potential of a further £75 from Quidco.

All in all, it works out to be £56, which is an absolute bargain for this cover.

Added full price before any cashback etc, thanks for posting

Or ADAC European-wide with much better cover for £85 (no cashback deals that don't materialise but same cost every year) . Don't ask me questions just look it up yourself.

Do you realise that this come with a repair cover of up to £500 if your car break down and is diagnosed by AA patrol personnel?

This doesn't come with the breakdown insurance cover paying out for repairs upto £500.

If you're going to vote cold, I'd be interested to know why !

They take to overpriced garages and many clauses

its not offering fuel card if going through TCB or quidco. Is there any way of get both cashback n fuel card

Might be useful for some, but not if you have a newish car still under warranty. £500 at a top tier nominated garage won't fix much these days.

Oh dear. Let me teach you how to spell 'Google' and 'ADAC'

You have the option to pick any vat registered garage.
Makes the process a tiny bit more complicated but can be done.

Saddo. I used to live in Germany and my insurance company was ADAC.
Your post was not very helpful, if you make a statement, why not back it it up with a link? Sad

Been with the AA a couple of years back,Terrible company took forever to get cashback and i very much doubt you'll get quidco if theres a fuel voucher. On renewal it doubled in price called them out once they were useless messed around an hour with car broke my keyfob never worked after. Then tried to persuade me to take it to a Citroen garage for repair.Stuff that i made him take it home.
Now i'm with Autoaid £41 and will be from now on.

great deal!
