Posted for people that weren't aware of the offer and as a reminder for those that may have forgotten. It's been a few months since it was last posted
Well it wasn't a RAC discount deal. If it was for RAC members, maybe it could be Recovering Alcoholics Club
Try contacting the AA directly as maybe they will give you a card to use with this offer? Otherwise they may say an official email from them could perhaps be used instead of having to show a card.
Probably worth a quick message to them if you think you will make use of the discounts.
Silly if a large group of members miss out, just because they get their membership via work or their bank. They should have some sort of contingency in place. If not, they need to do so
We should collude to start an AA member mega thread. Here's one to get started hotukdeals.com/dea…820
I think that's the point. Bank, unions, companies etc get mass bulk discount on rates with less overheads such as cards and extras.
Although for this, it isn't a physical extra like a free AA torch, pen or foot pump. A screen shot or print out of a voucher. Possibly Mitchell and Butler are paying the AA to promote this deal because it is advertising to all the AA members.
Here is the AA contact email address: customer.services@theaa.com
Only problem with that is I'm not an AA or RAC member. Other forum members can help you out with a mega thread.
True but apart from the odd blackout date, these can be used any day of the week and at any time the restaurant is open. It may also be able to be used with other offers. Worked with the free Harvester birthday sundae voucher.
I don't think there is. Email Harvester customer services to check. We had a family gathering at a Harvester a couple of months ago and the bill was over £100. The AA discount was applied. It may not be possible to use other discount vouchers or offers with it nowadays though. We used to be able to use the free birthday sundae voucher with another voucher sometimes. However recently when we tried, we were told we couldn't. Although the birthday voucher has changed as now it seems possible to order any sundae. The Baileys one was really tasty.
