AA is having an offer of £50 gift voucher + if someone will go through QUIDCO will get £70 cash back (Every year, I cancel my AA membership and buying new through QUIDCO).

£50 (gift voucher) + £70 (QUIDCO) = 120.00

It's included( Roadside assistance + Home Starter + National recovery + Parts & garage cover).

If some one choose above option from AA website, will cost

£155.90 - £120.00 = £35.90 (You pay)

QUIDCO always pay my cash back, not sure about this gift voucher.

Got fed up of playing the cancel / renewal game with the AA. Why don't they charge a reasonable rate in the first place? Guess the answer is many people will forget to cancel their auto renew at an expensive price the following year, yet if you call them they will happily reduce to the introductory web price again.

Since more than 5 years , every year they are sending me high renew price. Called them number of times, every time the same answer, we could not change the renew price, this is the best price coming up in our system.

just a heads up

"** The Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate is only available to new customers purchasing roadside assistance online with one option (£20), two options (£35), or three or more options (£50) , and through an annual payment method. We'll email you instructions on how to claim it after 28 days from purchase. You must claim your gift certificate by midnight on 24 July 2013. Only one gift certificate will be allocated per policy. There is no cash alternative to the gift certificate (or any part of it). Offer not available to customers arriving from cashback websites including Quidco, Top Cashback, Asperity and Greasy Palm. The AA reserves the right to withdraw or alter this promotion without prior notice at any time."

so looks like you cant have both!

AutoAid are a damn site cheaper, and there was comprehensive breakdown cover through Greenflag for something like £60 with a £50 Quidco....AA might be biggest but pricewise not the best....

im only with the AA due to the breakdown repair cover they offer, has come in handy a few times and literally pays for itself if you have to claim

BEEN WAITING 15 MONTHS for my AA/Quidco cashback...it's all ballox!

quidco's own form for inputting details invalidates the claim by altering the info and then you're having to weigh up whether you spend half your life chasing this up or just letting quidco take your money and not passing it on..

AA deals with quidco are just a con...

auto aid, if you're good with retaining paperwork, are finitely cheaper, even without cashback.

ps. if QUIDCO trawl these sites for bad press, perhaps one of their staff would care to contact me to explain the absence of my cashback as it's nigh impossible to bring up the matter once the claim's been declined.

never received a gift token from AA as it was a 50.00 cashback deal and AA never acknowledge such cashback schemes exist with their company...am sure it was pay upfront for the yer with debit auto renwal...

I have rarely, rarely heard of satisfactory cashbacks from quido where AA are concerned..

I dont agree with this. I got whole cash back amount think its £ 70, with in 3 months..

Was a member, but decided to go with Rac this year£73 with £50 worth of fuel voucher over12 months.

i've cancelled my AA renewal and gone with Autonational
15 months cover for £19 after cashback

AA cash back is not straight forward and very likely you'll have to file a claim. Even then, it'll probably take about 6-9 months to get cash back, if at all.
