I mean the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the DSR no longer exists. Under the CCR, you have a right to cancel an order and receive a refund up to 14 days after receiving an item. This applies irrespective of whether or not the item is faulty.

Free returns are still not a right, only if they are faulty. Surly the £9 is if you use the return service, you don't have to use that.

So Flipper118's assertion that it costs £9 to return items to A&F unless the item is faulty is incorrect. That's the only thing I was contradicting. If A&F are refusing to pay basic return costs then they may be in breach of the CCR.
