Cheaper than duty free ... (to be honest it's rare that duty free is cheaper than online liquor stores)

Good price for a decent malt - Heated.

Good price. One of my favourites.

Goes down smooth

Went to Morrison's today & came home with really boring stuff. Must read hotukdeals before shopping.

Good price for a very drinkable whisky! This price in sainsburys when on offer but not seen since xmas!

Not our best app but it kind of works (sorts by hottest so you have to scroll through to find new ones which isn't ideal): HUKD BasketBuddy

Whisky deals are close to my heart... or stomach.. or mouth... or something. Anyway.

great price - H+

A few days ago, poor old acc8788 posted a deal for the same stuff at Tesco for £23.00 and that is currently sitting at -17 degrees! OK, it is £3 cheaper with this deal but a discount from £32 to £23 is still good.

Heat for this, at £20, though!

I agree, dare I say a little too smoothly. Much prefer Glenfiddich which has a bit more spice

I agree. At first I thought it was wonderfully smooth, now I just find it very boring and soapy tasting. Glenfiddich is far superior

You can always get it for around £23 from online stores - £32 isn't a real RRP unless you really like buying full price from the high street. £20 is £3 cheaper than you can get it normally so to me that means it's a deal

Glenfiddich was my Dad's favourite, and it was a 'good' whisky (probably still is), but my preference (before statins) was the Bowmore.
I know there are more 'interesting' Islay malts like 'Lagavulin' or 'Bunnahabhain' , but I just preferred the Bowmore (distant memory now ).

Forgot to heat the deal (done it now) good find Op, haven't tried it myself but know peeps that know a thing or two about whisky and have heard them comment favourably on this one.

I am not a Speyside man myself, apart from a very nice 18 year old Macallan in Sherry Cask that is nearly gone now and a Glenlivet Archive (21 year old) that has had a hammering. I prefer Islays and Highlands like Old Pultenay and Laphroig.

Have a soft spot for Sherry Cask ones though! Just bought a Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old from Asda for £41 - now that is a little too smooth - it is disappearing fast.

Have a couple of ringers in the cupboard though - A Johnny Walker Gold Label and a Johhny Walker Blue Label - The only blended whisky's I have!

I give Glenfiddich away - because people know I like malts they tend to buy that one - and I cannot stand it. Even the 15 year old and 18 year old don't do it for me.

As a smooth drop though this Abelour is nice and great as a tipple for those who are not keen on the stronger flavours of some whisky's. Nice find.

This is usually on offer for £18 at Christmas. Never tried it

@Hatchorder - you pretty much sum up my view including picking up that Balvenie caribbean cask the other week!

@cubed - I think it made it down to https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/aberlour-10yo-single-malt-whisky-half-price-tesco-instore-online-1740088%5B/url actually which is the best deal in the last 2 years I think. However almost https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/aberlour-10-year-malt-whisky-70cl-10-803451%5B/url which is the cheapest I've seen

hot from me. I'll be at the distillery on Thursday morning. wonder what the price will be there...

Another vote for Hatchorder's comments, but.... I do struggle to like the Aberlour 10 yo. I have the 15 yo and A'Bunagh and find these are worth more that the price premium, even when the 10 yo is reduced, as it is every few months. Oh, and the Glenfiddich 15yo Distillery Edition is well worth a visit

Currently 19.99 at bargain booze, save an extra penny!

Ditto to Dacra's comment. Also there is a bargain booze closer to me so it's a better option for me!
