Never used one, but my sister paid £19 odd monies recently at an attempt to get her boyfriend beefed up.. results pending.
If you're looking for one, at this price maybe worth a pop (shock?)
Reviews seem ok

The ABGymnic Muscle Toning Belt works by stimulating your muscles with small amounts of electrical current. Now you can exercise wherever you are, whether at work or relaxing in your living room! The ABGymnic wraps around your abdomen, arms, legs or buttocks. While it stimulates your muscles, you will only feel a tingling sensation - imagine getting a full workout and only feeling a slight vibration!

its awful, they sell it for a fiver on my local market and its the worst toning belt ever mate

they sell them for 50p in the cash and carry.

Just sellotape some wires to your stomach and stick the other end directly in the mains.....:whistling:

zapping your abs with a pathetic little current might make them twitch a little a bit sure but it aint gonna give you muscle growth or lose the layer of fat over your abs, may as well drop your money down the drain prob get more of an ab workout doing that

I got one of these for £3 from B&M about 5 years ago. They are pretty unsafe as well as having virtually no benefit whatsoever. Dont waste your money, either invest in your body by buying a decent quality belt or do excercise

I've just had a drink of water whilst chewing an extra strong gum. Thats COLD. About as cold as this deal

lol.. is this just a battery with some live wires connected?...
i think theyre completely pointless also.. i can kind of see how they would work, but only if you're ripped in the first place. People still seem to buy them. Better spend £5 than £19 on essentially the same crappy item i guess.

am i allowed to vote cold on my own deal?.. apparently so

lmao, repped for voting your own deal cold!

Sorry cold

i bought something like this a couple of years ago.
if it didn't work what was giving me the tummy pain the next day like i'd done 100 sit-up's.

hot from me

I would be willing to end my own life if there was proof that the guy on the box actually got his six pack by using this shoddy piece of toot!

uh oh it was proven to work on science program, shall i get the rope?

This 'deal' gets posted regularly, always under a fiver at play. I did buy one just before christmas from play, for 2.99.
The idea was to give it to someone as a stocking filler, but when I saw it I decided not to as it is just a very small plastic/foam pad on a bit of elastic with a place to put batteries. Its nowhere near the size of the one the bloke on the box is wearing round his waist (unless its a picture of action man). I did sell it on fleabay (at a loss).

Cheap tat!

lol, I realize electric pulses and currents can stimulate muscles aiding recovery and muscle growth to a degree, but it has it's limits. Even a really high-end £100-£1000 ab-belt type device couldn't get you as ripped as the guy on that box without a ton of additional hard workout time and supporting diet.

This is simply an example of a product that is so bad, you wouldn't even wipe you ar$e on it!
