I bought this item 1 week ago now and i must say it still works great, gettin a bit low on the gell now, it does work the muscle very hard, the machines starts on setting 1 and u can change the strength up to more power, i've never been zapped on the highest straight away, it does really work your stomach but nothing beats hard work, Situps baby! Wohoo!

P.S - The highest setting is very powerfull, sent me flying back because i wasnt expecting it lol so slowly increase signal power

come on mate in 1 week how can i show u muscles but i really feel the muscles working out

It dosnt work, feels awkward and has always cost this price.

These things have been around for years, and they are cheap for a reason.......they don't work.

Also, the fact is you don't get a six pack from working your abs, the ONLY way to get a nice six pack is to have a body fat level somewhere below 10%, and this thing wont help with that.

I bought one of these many many years ago. You can feel your muscles (fat) contract because it sends out small electric shock. I don't think it does any good to the body though and don't think it actually works.

Its been proven not to work , ill find the link if i can , but there is one born every minute.

If you think sitting on ya ass all day long and placing this on your chest will give you a 6 pac then you need help.

Healthy diet and exercise is the only way to get a nice flat stomach , if you eat chips everyday then your going be a fat git lol

Fast food will not hurt if its once every week or twice if ya pushing it as long as you dont drive everywhere you shouldnt get fat.

I love chips and sometimes i cant avoid the lure of the smell when im walking past lol ...but then i walk almost everywhere and im not over weight ....what does scare me though is the amount of fat people i see in the queue lol

These things only tend to work if you are not fat as they need to get in contact with the muscle to properly work. If you have more that 2cm of fat between your muscle and skin then this will not work.

Live the deam! Im voting hot in the dream that this will make me look like the pics

I used to own several versions of the more expensive branded models (several pads). Although I used to work out at the time, I can definately say that ESP machines can work if used correctly. ie. implemented into a workout and diet regime.

This model in particular was purchase by several of my friends, who say that didn't work and that it broke very soon after purchasing. I can't comment as I have not used this brand. Also they have always been this price. They used to feature in the back of mags at "special" reduced prices constantly.

i have a couple of this same model, bought from my local pound shop, the only reason i have a couple is that i bought another for the gel, for a quid i cant complain but wouldn't pay this for one.

Don't buy this if you are not as smooth as a baby's bottom!

If, like me, you have a covering of real-man manly hair (grrrr) and you look like either The Hoff, or Magnum PI, then attaching the pads to your abs/gut (delete as applicable) will result in in excruciating pain for you as there won't be a clean gel to skin contact for the gel-pads, and hence you'll be mildly electrocuted!

That tangle of body hair really causes havoc for the pads (but then again causes my wife to purr gently as she rubs her hands through it).

By the way, for all you lazy lardy's thinking of buying this, I used to own a set of the expensive brand-name ab-toners. They DID NOT work (therefore these cheapo £7 jobbies definitely wont), so I went running 3 times a week, did lots of crunches and stopped eating pie's and other rubbish. Result = 11% bodyfat and a 6 pack only 9 months later.

Get out there and start doing some exercise!
