Can train yer abs for free mate.

Thought this was for a car, ABS

£3.99 is pretty much free.
These really work. Be careful if you've got back problems though.

Perfect for my broken wheelbarrow, heat added

It's a spare wheel for a Reliant Robin

Probably one of the best ab training contraptions ever. It works for me. Our gym bought one and i laughed. They are simple and brilliant IF used properly. Cheap too. Hot.

What does jacked and tan mean? I assume you're insulting me but I'm not sure.

these are 2.50 in tesco exeter

You need strong abs before you use these or you will f* your back, that's why you will see these at every car boot sale, if you must, buy one with a supporting spring or why not just use body weight?

Waste of time and £1 never mind £3, seriously people. Do a sit up or got for a jog or even walk, it will do you much more good that this rubbish.

If you'd used one of these properly you'd know that what you've said is absolute rubbish.

I've used one, it's rubbish. Simple, these things are marketed as an abs builder they pray on naive people that by using it you will have defined abs. Having visable abs is more to do with body fat percentage than rolling around the floor like a wheelbarrow. This does nothing that you can't reproduce without it, nothing.

But I just don't think simple training for specific body parts is the best way to do things.

these are great and do work!!

I bought one of these from Tesco, just to give it a try. I've got a pretty flat stomach but using this device brought out the definition of my abs. It's quite hard work though, if you use it properly.
I paid around £6 for mine so this is a good deal in comparison. Heat added.

Training your core is pretty fundamental for most sports.

Never said it wasn't.

Of course it is to do with body fat, but just because this is marketed in a certain way it doesn't mean it isn't useful.

Having visible abs doesn't equate to having well-developed abs. This piece of equipment is very useful for developing abs... I don't see why you're having trouble understanding the difference.

Besides, if you're going to apply the logic 'this does nothing that you can't reproduce without it', nothing on this site is worth your time.

I have one of these from my gym days and they are quite fun, felt like I had worked my muscles

Bought one for when I do the wheelbarrow race @ the young ones school.

lol do you can watch TV without one? Cycle without an actual bike? I don't get your point. I'm simply saying I've used this product and thought it was rubbish, it's my opinion. There are much better ways of developing your core than this, in my opinion.

I've gaffer taped my bum cheeks to this and it stops it dragging on the floor. brilliant.

It's 4 quid and it works for some people (it definitely worked for me) so give it a try.
Good for your shoulders too, and arms... and back.

£2.99 at b&m. Was going to get one but went for core sliders instead, can do what this does and a lot more.
