The keys are within a fully contained box so even if it was kicked off the wall it will still be inside the box.

Have something similar for an elderly relative to allow the care worker to go in and out.... and we paid about five times as much for it.

Seems like an ideal thing to have, could put it round the back/side of the house and so you always have a key... just need to remember the code!

Voted hot - people are voting cold because they don't understand what it is or how to use it!

How many keys can you put in it? The photo looks like it's only 2 or 3.

We'd really like somewhere secure to store the spare keys for our cars, but they tend to be quite bulky (with alarm keyfobs, etc) so I suspect that this may be too small.

Lidl have something like this from time to time. It has a padlock inverted "U" on top that you can attach to anything. It is die cast like the item above, and it too cannot be opened if prised off. I have hidden mine in a tree with the padlock element around a branch. It is just an emergency thing for me. I think it was about £5.99. You can probably get about 4 keys in it.

I have a very similar model to the one in this offer and its bolted to the side of the house just in front of the side gate. As said before it has anchor bolts which you bolt through the inside of the safe and into the wall.

I defy anyone to smash it off with a sledgehammer let alone kick it off the wall!

Even if someone did get it off the wall then its another matter getting into it as its just a mini safe.

Its brilliant for us for 2 reasons, if one of us is going out for the evening and doesnt want to take keys which could get lost then you dont have to. Also we have the type of front door which can slam and is then locked, this key safe has saved us on more than one occasion.

We store 3 keys in ours, one for every door and theres still plenty of room for more, not sure how many car keys would fit, maybe 2.

The only thing is making sure you are sober enough to remember the number or turn the dials! ;-)

Well the size quoted is

Size:85mm W x 115 mm L

which seems enough for 3 or 4, but only someone who has the product can give an accurate answer
