Sorely tempted!

Always thought accurist weren't a great brand?

not bad...

It's ok I guess, but would like a Seiko for that sort of money.

The originally proposed price is a farce, never worth £200 in a million years! At £68 is about tops for this watch; I wouldn't pay that... Zoom in on the image of the watch, look at the super low quality of bezels print, particularly the '500' at the 1 o'clock position.

pffft.....this is just a cheap knock off of the Tag Heuer Carrera...cold!

Hi how do i apply the code when when reserving for instore collection? Thanks!!

They have never been particular "high class" but a reputable British brand, but in recent years have distributed various other watch brands and now they have been bought out by Time Products Ltd who own Sekonda and Limit.

Accurist Website

Probably aiming a bit high with their £200 RRP and is available most places for around £100 mark.

For £68 you are getting a lot of watch for your money IMO interchangeable strap is a bonus too.

Cold because it looks a bit like a three and a half grand watch oO

I like it.. Voted

Too many watch snobs about. It's a good looking watch ! Like others have stated, the rrp is way off the mark, but at £68 ? If you like it and can afford it then why not ?

Unfortunately the code will only work if you have a fast track option at your store, you pay online and then collect in-store.

If there is no fast track option then unfortunately you will not be able to use the code and physically collect.

Ok. Now where to input the code??? 'Prices online already contain the discount? So no way you will get it for 68 quid?

Why would they issue a code if the discount was already applied?

Go through checkout and enter the code when prompted, you WILL get it for £68.

You cannot use a code for reserve and collect, only home delivery or fast track (collect in-store/pay online) orders

Does it come with spare links for the Stainless steel strap?
I just picked mine up from the local Argos store and there were no spare links included.

No way! The box I got from Argos today looks like this. It defeats the purpose of buying this as a present!

After a bit of research I can see that is the travel case. can be arranged to look slightly better than it looks now. not sure why they'd have 2 types of box

sorry for misleading image. I'll get rid of it.

lol, so you say it used to cost 199 pounds??? for....Accurist watch??? -really ??? for 75 quid you can have similar model from Casio , lets say Edifice EF-539D-1AVEF which looks much better and the quality beats ANY accurist watch... voted cold...

I didn't say it used to cost anything, I mentioned the RRP from the Accurist website, so yes REALLY the RRP is £200 and YES Argos have been selling it for £199.00, as it's been mentioned before above that is slightly optimistic.

If you prefer the Casio then congratulations that's is your opinion, doesn't make this a bad deal however.

I posted the deal because it was for sale at £40 below its lowest price on Argos and with code it is around £35 cheaper than anywhere else.

In regards to the quality of a watch, I'm not sure your in a position nor do you have the knowledge to say the Casio is a better quality watch than any Accurist produce, again it is your opinion/perception so thank you for the input.

Looks nice but no way is an accurist worth this much. For this price id expect a Seiko minimum.
Like how the code isn't for the better watches like Citizen, Casio and Seiko.

Is £68 a lot to pay for a watch?

Don't understand people saying that if I'm spending £68 I'd want a Seiko, have you seen a £68 Seiko?

I'd rather have one of the best Accurist have to offer than one of the worst Seiko have to offer.

I'm a tad surprised at the above comments....Its a fair price for this watch. You want a £68 Seiko...good luck

One that's just as good in my opinion and it looks like a much more expensive watch, picked it up from their UK warehouse for 14 quid after checkout code (GOODBG) eu.banggood.com/Who…1SD Getting one for my bro for xmas also, really pleased with it. Too much paying for names in watches I think.
