DEC 2016: Now updated with an introduction by John Kinsella.

In Bad Boy Boogie: The Adventures of Bon Scott the legendary Bon Scott

speaks for himself. To his mates Bon is a funny daredevil scared of no

one. He's not even scared of Cunstable Johnson, his police enemy in

North Freo. Bon sees his first prison cell at the age of 16 and by the

age of 28, after a string of bands, he joins the greatest rock and roll

band the world has ever seen: AC/DC. Here is a classic rock and roll

tale, made alive by the work of research and passion.

"I blame school. All this sitting still, and fidgeting, and same old stuff, over

and over again. It’s like some old bastard’s version of hell for kids.

As soon as the bell rings I run to the primary school where my little

brother Dereck is picking his bag out of the pile on the verandah. We

walk home over Stirling Highway bridge, stopping to watch the boats slip

by and the ships get loaded."

Lived the rock n roll lifestyle in my favourite band

And thanks to the OP for the heads up
Could be interesting.
Thanks Boz.
Ta.
Thanks Boz..
I watched some footage from the 70s fairly recently of the band on something like Rock goes to College which was on the BBC and I was amazed how effeminate Bon came across almost as if he was in the closet.
I remember enjoying it at the time but I prefer the later version nowadays with Brian Johnson.
Shame to see the band almost disintegrate over the last few years but they had a very good run.
