My friend from my local pub is a flighter pilot for the UK army. He said this game is realistic and if you can fly this well with a VR headset on you would probably be really good in a F14 Tornado. He said the more modern planes are so good they do everything including takeoff, bombing and landing. The pilot is there to override just in case the computer decides to bomb a civilian.

The Army doesn’t have fighter pilots. I think he’s pulling your leg.

I fancy getting this at some point, might wait for a lower price - Heat

Just my opinion but I’d wait, I found it really boring and repetitive. The vr looks great when you’re taking off but once you’re up just chasing down recticles the novelty soon wears off and left me feeling pretty giddy.
Heat for this price though if it is your cup of tea.

Hoping they add vr to the steam version..psvr exclusive ended yesterday I think
I would only play the vr element of this. Would that make it worth £19 in anyone’s opinion?
I’ve been waiting to get this at a decent price. Usually the cheapest is between £25-£30. Thanks very much.

No, the VR portion is quite short at only 3 missions. It's mostly just a bonus addition that comes with the main campaign.

:/ ok thanks. Desperate for more games on this! Give it a miss then
I found the VR experience very well implemented. Yes it's short, but there is quite a bit of replay value if you like the beat scores. The graphics are great with no noticeable downgrade in visuals to enable VR. The immersion is great, with the freedom do fly wherever you want while taking down enemies is nothing I've come across before on PSVR.
Good price this
For any trophy hunters out there this game is really a grind. I think the flying aspect alone in campaign mode is 40 Hours plus and there isn't much variety. Also the online multiplayer is almost non existent so whilst you can get the trophies for it it will take a while as matches are few and far between.

Its a good game - But its typical Japanese in that it will take a long time to get anywhere with it.

an ancient creaky 1970's american F14 Tomcat (though they will always be cool due to Top Gun) combined with an F3 Tornado flying mythical fighter jets with the Army. Your leg was definitely pulled by the bloke at the pub!!

Cool. We should get everyone together, they’d have an awesome party.

Good idea. I'll get my Events Manager friend who work in a high-security prison to book the hall and my chef mate who works at Rentokill to do the catering.
great game, though i'm a big fan of the ace combats. summary is basically war is horrible so get up there and shoot some things at decent angles.

I can't stand games that are so restricted out of the box. One plane and mission 2 has to restart if you fail 20 mins in, sack this garbage. Maverick I ain't.
