It looks good, but the vertical distance between the flat of the bracket and the bar seems quite small, so it won't sit high enough to allow a chicken for example to clear the grate.
Can't beat a good spit roast ( especially after a good match)
would be ok on a kamado

Really? If you can’t roast a chicken what’s the point? Would have though this was their first priority when designing it! Disappointing

Not really... You either have to drill holes in it or put the plastic motor and batteries in the oven...
There is no plastic motor, the housing is metal. It sits outside the kamado
The two metal end pieces that hold the spit and motor need refashioning but it's not rocket science for most people
