Great price for a such a big screen. Additional Very customers get £20 back when they spend £50+ at Very. Very customers should get discount code via txt msg. So total to pay £59.99 and even better you can spread the cost of this great monitor.

You only get the 20% if you open a Very credit account though. But seems a good price all in. Almost tempted.

I think they mean that very is giving existing customers a £20 offer , they send them out all the time, I usually get £50 off a £100 spend

Codes??

Not voting either way - great price if you don't have problems, but heaven help you if you do! Very are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Would it be worth taking out the 3 years protection? Is it necessary to take out the credit account?

can some please explain how you get 20 back or coupon or cashback.

I've sold maybe 80 24" monitors over the last few years, and had many calls about faulty monitors.. I've not seen 1 faulty 1080p style monitor..so personally I'd not bother paying extra for 3 year cover unless (maybe) it was a top end 400+ unit (and the cover would have to be cheap)

If you're a new customer, there will often be an advertised code on the site such as 10% off first order etc.

Existing customers will often be sent emails or post offering £20 off £50 spend or £30 off £60 spend etc. I find these codes are often sent out when your account balance is £0 as it's to encourage more spending.

I only ever order off Very if i have one of these codes as most of their prices are a lot higher than elsewhere. I would order Xbox credit etc (getting £60 of cards for £30 for example) - add it onto my credit account and then pay it off a week later. Balance back to £0 and another offer would arrive a few months later in most cases.

Unfortunately, Very no longer seem to sell Xbox credit but still handy for other things

OP likely had this code for existing customers but it's unlikely to work on other accounts

anyone know if these are vesa mount cannot see on spec

I appreciate that there are differences but just as reference, PC World are selling a 24" HD monitor for £66.97 (they are claiming a £53 discount - although that is based on the price for a very short time [02/06/16-22/06/16]). I have no vouchers or deals for this, but I just thought I'd add it in to the thread.
