I was looking for a mate to get 3 screens for a triple set up and he wanted curved, found these at Currys, not much info on the net as I think they are fairly new but for the price I think they are a good deal.

Cons, yes they are VA, 4ms and white (I quite like that though), No DP

Pros Curved, 75hz and Freesync

IPS panels are the way to go but still a very decent deal. I wonder what the viewing angles are like and colors too
IPS may be best for PC monitors , but for TVs VA is considered best,

Says 178degrees but they all say that, I went for IPS Lenovo X24 as I got them cheap but they aren't curved but they are sexy, I would have bought these if I hadn't bought those, IPS is good for colour but not so good for gaming.

Well yeah Gumtree used I have bought some cheap stuff but it's not really comparable, also no good if you need 3 of them ;-)

depends on the VA panel tbh some are better than IPS. Not all panels in VA or IPS are created equal

Agreed, I do like my IPS triples but I have had good TN and VA ones as well and some awful ones in between.

I only went IPS as they were cheap and really thin bezels for the triple set up.

wrt this deal, meh. I'm currently using LG 23MP68VQ i bought for £119 in 2016. It's 75Hz freesync. It's ok I guess.
Is this ok for basic stuff like word and excel etc, lol I have no idea but need 2 screens for my degree...

That’s what I mean...is that something that will affect me? I’ve never really used them before, not sure if there’s a big difference?
if we compare this monitor with Samsung C24F390 24-Inch Curved LED Monitor, which one is the best for gaming?
I got a 8K 32" curved, bezel-less, wallpaper thin, 144Hz, OLED, Gsync and Freesync monitor for £40.

Oh wait, I just realised, saying what I don't have is just as irrelevant to this deal as saying which monitor I do actually have.

Heat!

I mean that if you are buying a pair it will be nice but if you run one with a flat monitor it will not be very nice.
