Definitely not(lol)
I picked up a similar specced AOC for £10 more recently and am very happy with Freesync running at 75Hz off an Nvidia GTX 1650

Good price for the spec

It always makes me chuckle to see a 75Hz refresh rate on a gaming monitor. 144Hz is where it's at

Generally gonna find 144hz a bit higher priced than this, also as a lot of people don’t have rigs for a constant 144+ FPS on different games a 75hz works well, and is cheaper

Absolutely true, on all counts Back in the day I used ex office Sony CRT monitors which did 75Hz but it was pretty much impossible to generate that many frames at the turn of the century
Will wok best with AMD GPUs to take advantage of FreeSync
Nvidia only supports FreeSync over Display Port which this lacks
