Only Full HD.
Only 1ms response time.
Too big and too small to be of any use whatsoever.
Not IPS.

Double the price of a “gaming series” BenQ of the same size, screen the and resolution, only difference being 144Hz... not sure it’s worth it.

Only 1ms? That’s a bad thing? The lower the response time, the better. TN panels tend to be on the faster side, so 1ms is perfectly good. It’s the esports standard anyway.

I'm waiting for a cheap-enough IPS ~28inch with g-sync. I fear I'll be waiting a long time...

0.1ms is better.

It was supposed to be a joke

My bad, hard to tell what's sarcasm, especially on here I'm personally thinking about this - amazon.co.uk/VX2…TF8

24", IPS, 1440p, small bezels...

I bought this on the last primeday for 136 and it's superb for gaming. The colours and screen are fantastic and play games on ultra at 144Hz is something else. Would never go less again.

Apparently this still is the best budget 144Hz monitor out there too.

If you cant afford a 1440p but want something better than 60Hz 1080 I highly recommend

Once you go 144Hz you’ll never go back

Is this one any good?
I got my son a gaming pc from the Curry's deals earlier in week but don't know which monitor to get.

144hz is amazing. Definitely worth the extra money over a normal 60hz screen, especially if you play fps games like CS.

it's definitely worth it. £100 for a 60hz monitor is a waste imo
