Although a HighDPI display with Freesync at all at this price is still an excellent deal.

Overall great monitor.
It looks good and really easy to setup.
Quality is average, but you can't get better for the price.
Monitor has any connection type you will ever need and comes with DisplayPort and DVI cables, which is very handy.
You can mount monitor to a wall if you want it.
I use Display port and get full 60Hz.
Display actually don't get much reflection, which is quite big for me, as I sit near window.
It has freesync and 1ms response time, which is great (haven't tested), so might be good gaming, due to TN panel.
Speaking of TN panel (Not IPS), don't expect vibrant colours and deep blacks. This monitor is not for photo/video editing. However, for the price it has good color reproduction (forget about blacks), so I'll put 5 stars anyway, as I bought it for general tasks/work.
Overwall, great if you can get good deal on it.
Thanks for the review, I tried searching for one, but there doesn't appear to be much available.
Not just monitors, prices of all PC bits have gone crazy since the Pound took a ****.
Doubtful for the TN Panel can reproduce 10-Bit Colour, as the technology doesn't have the capability to render the depth or precision. Rather it's a 6 bit panel utilising dithering techniques to reproduce 8 bit colour, and shading.
lulwut?
Not entirely true, 480's are the cheapest they're ever been, most GPU holding price. Memory going up due to new build costs as people prep for ryzen. Monitors though, sold one that was 6 months old for a profit (I bought it at RRP at the time), my xf270hu gone up by about £100 also.
Let's see what AMD do to lower prices in the market. Hopefully CPU's are about to take a price drop.
If I can grab a decent B350 board and a R5 1600X for a decent price I'll take the hit on some DDR4 hikes.
Not recommended to use for 1080p as you'll be limited by the refresh rate.
Actually, yeah, you are right. (edited review).
Just not a pro gamer myself - thought of colour gamma.
Very few people in the world are "Pro" gamers, in the sense they actually make their living that way.
Which camp do you sit in?
You'll never walk alone
