eMMC is usually soldered onto the motherboard and not upgradeable- It is the Pentium gold that uses the fast cores, this Pentium Silver us simply Atom cores for some reason not named Celeron.

Yes, sorry, should have made clear, as soon as the 30 day+ period had opened!- I would find it really surprising if John Lewis, Curry's and Argos (and more) linked to this offer from their own websites if it wasn't a real offer. Surely it must be legit or else the retailers could be at risk of false advertising/linking to a scam website? But perhaps the offer isn't as good as it first sounds due to the potential 'lottery' of how many claims can be made?

Why do i get the feeling this is very clever marketing and many more buyers will end up with a laptop they won't get the promised cashback for, nor will be able to return their laptop?
Its a RISK and its alot of small print- Shhhhh lady Eleanor will comment about the cash back being a big risk and no chromebook is worth the risk. SHHHHHH

So, what I have to do is enrol first (which I done).
Then after 30 days since enrolling, and before the end of 60 days, I need to claim for the cashback. Is this correct?

We both have a few weeks to decide and see if a more guaranteed chromebook /laptop offer appears on hear. If it does, and price vs specs are good... The acer with its MAYBE £100 cashback is going back!

- I ordered it at £179.99 so if I get the rebate it will be great. If not I won't open it and return it if I don't get the rebate. The code should be on the box I think for the rebate (serial number)
