Not awful. Not great. On balance I'd avoid as the processor is only the 2500 and the storage is not SSD so it's going to be slower than it could be and you're going to end up paying for a replacement. 1TB is really a lot so you're probably paying for space you don't need. I expect it's a TN display as it does not say IPS which doesn't make it terrible but again it's more around the price you'd expect.
As the poster above says, not quite the deal it should be. It'll be decent, it'll game. But that HDD needs replacing.

Imho at the moment this is probably one of the best laptop you can get at this price from a large reseller. But it should be £299 and I'd replace that HDD with an SSD.

Edit: Also, can anyone comment on the driver situation for 2xxx series Ryzens? I heard that AMD had not updated them for ages.

Decent price but rather have quarter of the storage in SSD, it would have made it a better deal IMO. If you can sell the HD and replace it with an SSD you'll probably get a good laptop for the price. I personally do not want a laptop without SSD.

If it comes under 300£ it will be much better than intel with all their security problems 🏻
