The ASPIRE E1-570 15.6” LAPTOP from Asus is a fine Intel i3 performer at a competitive price from ebuyer.com. You get the power and useful features you value with the Aspire E Series. Solid performance, handy multimedia tools and convenient connectivity make daily computing an easy-going pleasure. This notebook's stylish yet practical design comes in a 15.6 inch screen size.

The Intel i3 driven ACER ASPIRE E1-570 15.6” LAPTOP features 1.8 GHz of power from its Ivy Bridge processor which has 3MB cache. It comes loaded with 6GB of DDR3 SDRAM memory and a 750GB hard disk which give it a huge amount of available space and helps multitasking with multiple programs and documents open. An Intel HD graphics chip provides fast visuals. According to Acer, the "E" in the Aspire E range stands for either "everyday" or "essentials".

The E1-570 has an Intel Core i3 processor running at 1.8 GHz. Paired with 6GB of RAM. The E1-570's Intel HD Graphics 3000 chipset managed to run fine with the casual games in the Windows 8 store.

The E1-570 certainly performs well for a low-end laptop, it has the standard VGA, HDMI and Ethernet ports, and the E1-570 does come with a 750GB hard drive, a multi-format card reader and a DVD writer, so you're well set for on-board storage.

Green Power

The Acer Aspire E1-570 15.6” Laptop is really green and wakes from sleep in just a couple of seconds so getting started is quite quick. The 37 W.H. Lithium Ion Battery gives five hours battery usage.

Graphics Power

Running a benchmark for all components returns a very respectable score and a full 6GB of memory even allow for photo and video editing. Dedicated graphics in the Asus bring the possibility of gaming with it as we saw it zipping along at 50 (FPS) frames per second in some intensely heavy 3D games.

Build Quality

The laptop is solidly built, and the keyboard is spacious and comfortable to use. And, perhaps thanks to the large air vent on the left-hand edge, the ACER ASPIRE E1-570 15.6” LAPTOP stayed cool and quiet even when we were running gaming tests. It's well connected too, with gigabit ethernet, HDMI and VGA video interfaces, and a pair of USB 3.0 ports.

Connectivity

The Acer connects through an assortment of regular connections including HDMI, VGA, USB 3.0 and gigabit Ethernet.

Conclusion

This Acer Aspires to be a cut above the competition and manages it with ease. Processor, disk space, graphics, memory and conectivity all compliment each other to create a very solid low cost Windows 8 platform and comes highly recommended.
