No comparison. That's a windows based laptop that will be useless in a year - and sluggish until then.
Chromebook is an utterly different animal.
And this one isn't bad at all.
NB - if you DO want a windows laptop, DON'T buy a chromebook!

Unfortunately not as good battery life as the Samsung Chromebook, but that's based on an ARM processor. This is probably a better machine for people that want to use Chrubuntu or crouton or something similar, as there is a wider application base on x86.
