It supports 100x100 according to manufactures website.

The images don't support that, but I'll gladly be corrected!

Just go to their website, it's not difficult. I would assume its hidden in the place of the stand, i.e you need to take the stand off and position the mount in it's place

I am more than aware of the ease of checking the website, but, why not list it on the Amazon description? After all, that's where the transaction takes place. If no VESA is listed, why would you second guess Amazon and check the website, when other monitors make a point of listing it?

Because most of the time Amazon just copy and paste their product description or bits of it from various sources and thus it is not always accurate. Assuming the model number for the monitor is correct then the OFFICIAL manufactures website description will be correct. Anyway each to their own, was just trying to assist you, its your choice at the end of the day. Having looked at reviews this product seems to be not so great for gaming and colour and thus i won't be buying despite the fantastic price. Heat added for OP, end of discussion from my part

So you've been corrected, yet you still proceed to ask mundane questions. Why would 9326akny know why amazon have refrained from adding the vesa dimensions? (btw they have added the dimensions if you look a bit closer). prnt.sc/remfsm

Hmm... no point complaining here buddy, take it up with Amazon to update their description. 9326akny was nice enough to check the manufacturers website for you, also it was already asked by someone else on the Customer Questions section in the amazon listing. However we all understand Amazon descriptions aren't perfect, so always have to keep that in mind

Doesn’t list having a plug either but it will of course come with one. The time it took you to write all your comments here could’ve been better used doing a more thorough check of it’s specifications through the manufacturer’s website.

Because Amazon don't manufacture it. If you've any doubts, check the manufacturer's website. It's simple really.
I wish this was 4K
What’s most people’s preference.

A bigger screen like this

Or a Samsung 34inch ultra wide for £300

For office work only
Hmmm, what are people's thoughts.

This monitor or this: hotukdeals.com/dea…278 I'm waiting to have delivered?

Deals now gone.

So you would rather go for a standard 27 rather than an ultra wide 34 inch Samsung?

I cancelled the eletriq one and went for this one instead amazon.co.uk/MSI…imh
Very happy with it
Ironically I have both the Samsung 34 ultrawide and this very monitor that has versa, it's where the monitor stand clips in place

It also has GSync support for the Freesync inbuilt.

Don't expect any overclocking as it does not work without artifacting

What do you think of the Samsung 24 ultrawide ? It's purely for office work. or would you suggest a 27-32inch normal screen?

If it's the Samsung ls34j550 it's 21:9, so will be letterbox but at 1440p will yield amazing real estate.
Example at 100% zoom in Excel I get column BA on the 34. On the 32 Acer that's 16:9 I can see column AM 14 less columns.
Samsung is great for coding as I can have both Python script and something else side by side

thanks - do you know if its Samsung easy box compatible?
cactusbrandy11/03/2020 07:04

Nice, but just missing VESA.

I have this monitor and i can confirm it does have VESA 100 x 100.

When you take the stand off, the VESA mounts are there
Ordered yesterday and received, thanks OP. But 99p cheaper now!
This isn't fulfilled by Amazon but states Prime???? How does that work...??
Is this top big for office work? I went to buy the Samsung ultra wide and it’s now sold out, corona effect
£209.99 now for me
a dumb question - i connect this to my laptop via a dual dvi cable and the max resolution is 1080p instead of 1440p. Can the resolution be limited by the graphics card on the laptop? its Thinkpad x250 so no dedicated graphics card.
