I think the deal has expired /s.
"This item will be released on 1 Jan. 1970. Pre-order now!" oh well...
Apparently this has the same panel as the Philips 43 panel monitor. I'd read the reviews before you purchase as has so much of a burn in issue that makes it not fit for purpose. Sent my Philips one back. Was horrendous

I have one of those for a few months now, got no issues with it. What problems you had?

Mine was with the Philips o e that apparently has the same panel. Burn in was so bad it made the monitor near useless. Apparently quite hit n miss with this panel. I opted for an AOC 32" 1440p monitor instead and super happy with it
In case this deal comes around again, would this make a terrible gaming monitor?

Primarily this would get used for document review and the occasional photo editing which I think it would be perfect for, but it will also get the occasional run out for games (nothing super-intensive - strategy/tactical games mainly, but a bit of FPS too)
ordered 3 for eyefinity with my AMD 5850, let the good times roll

Want to buy another 5850?
I can't believe I didn't sell that card when I upgraded to a GTX 680 (another GPU I forgot to sell...).

im still roking that now with my 8yo i7 920 on a x58 mobo

Still rocking an fx6300 and 7870xt build from 5 years ago. Can't justify current prices for anew build
I have purchased from laptops direct 2% cashback also no idea how this monitor could be so cheap with those specs
