I would say slightly better processor on the fire 10 HD, but this is the better os as in not amazon's!! Otherwise fair price.

Wasn't the fire 10 discounted at 100 quid

Not really a good deal when you consider the Telecast T10 is around this price (has previously been cheaper) and completely blows it away specs/performance wise.

Gone for the Teclast myself. Spec wise there's nothing to touch it around this price mark and arguably anything up to the £280 mark, including Media pad m3 and the like. Only problem is the Chinese factor if anything goes wrong with it and the Gearbest service...I ordered mine 13 days ago and they've only just posted it! Having said that, other people have received it in no time ata all, just one of those things.

My 7yo daughter has one of these and it's a good tablet. She's smashed the screen on it recently, so am torn between replacing it with another one of these or the Amazon 10" tablet - any suggestions regarding which would be best?
Also, as it's still functional it seems a waste to chuck it out or let it gather dust somewhere, so any suggestions for alternative uses for a tablet with a smashed screen?

I am currently trying to decide between buying this or Amazon 10" too, I heard they are going down to £99.

Yes, I'm not a fan of paying £200 on Chinese items though.

Yep, only issue for me is Fire OS though, but I see there are ways to get the Google Play Store.

Not a big fan myself of paying big $$ for poorly made Chinese Cr**
Paid allot of money for a Lenovo tablet, screen cracked while I was watching something on YouTube! It was like something from The Exorcist movie!

Yes, I would not pay anything over £50 from China, it could get lost in the post, no real guarantee, just not worth it to me.

Quidco are offering an extra £10 cashback on this Tablet if bought from Argos.

There's an international seller on eBay selling these for £22 each. They're listed as being new, and the description is an exact copy of Argos's eBay listing for this product. Even the bit about the Argos guarantee.

Despite being an international seller (and some of the stuff such as the postage details, being in Spanish),and the product not being on ebay UK, their business address - and the item location, is listed as Telford.

Looks very suspicious to me. But I've ordered one anyway. If it's not right I should be able to get a refund.
