A second hand Nexus 7 2013 from CeX for about £70 will slaughter this tablet. Better screen, better CPU, better GPU, double ram, Android 6, the list goes on. Double the spec for not double the price.

You're stuck with 16gb on the Nexus though aren't you?

Yes, you are stuck on 16GB. But which is the lesser evil, having to be careful with your space occasionally and do some spring cleaning or being stuck with a **** screen, slow device, unsecure outdated OS every single time you try and use the tablet? I know which I'd go for and you could always pay £10 more for the 32GB version Nexus.

I bought this tablet in white. Its nice looking and quite fast but the battery life is really bad. I constantly charge it.

For a kid this would you choose this, or the £50 amazon fire tablet?
