Ok. And it's resolution.
i commented on a post the other day whe nit said gamming monitor with 4ms response , at least this has 1ms but its not high gaming at 75hz it has to be 144hz min , if you see the side by side in a game you will see the difference and how it affects their game . but as a monitor its ok .

Most people dont have gaming PCs capable of 1440p at 144hz. Most would rather have 1440p at 75hz rather than 720p at 144hz.
your correct its peronal choice , just saying the word gamming is banded around to much , yes you can game on them but the difference is huge , i didnt beleive it until i got one for my son who has played in esports and when i see the pic on that compared to another monitor used just for streaming there is a clearance difference .

The freesync range for this monitor is something like 48-75hz. If you don't have a card capable of at least 48fps in games you lose the freesync benefit at the low end.

There is a 144hz version of this monitor (I have it) but you'll need to pay about £290 for it. Currys have it at this price. This also has a better range of 40-144hz.

...and it is G-sync compatible (at least the 144hz version is).

I'm getting tired of posting this now but have a look at: laptopsdirect.co.uk/ele…asp

95Hz rather than 144Hz but that's enough to get LFC.
