This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
144hz
Freesync

IPS Panel
There has been some reviews with panel bleed and dead pixels but acer have recently changed panels so this might be less of an issue and there's always easy amazon returns. Other sites selling the 75hz version for a similar price to this

This is the issue I'm struggling with. Both phenomenal deals and monitors that give you lots for your money.
As far as I can tell from general impressions:
Optix MAG271CQR
Issues with banding on darks, Improved with firmware update but that requires sending to MSI for some reason
free headset
Acer Nitro
Putting it on 144hz gives motion blur and loses 10bit colour apparently. It's 'real' refresh rate is 120hz.
For me I don't like curved monitors having a 2 screen setup for work so this wins out
I'm looking at this now, the msi from yesterday has gone up to £444 then £356 with the code
Not true. The newer models of this monitor use the Innolux 27" 1440p 144hz panel, just like the XV272UP and the Gigabyte Aorus AD27QD. Not any AUO panel that the Asus and earlier Acer models used. Only VG270UP models bought late last year contained the AUO panel, they swapped for some reason.
I've used both this monitor and the Aorus AD27QD and both of them had only a tiny bit of light bleed. There was some IPS glow in the bottom left corner, but IPS glow is present on all IPS panels since none of them use a polarizer to stop it. Bigger panels make IPS glow more visible since it's based on the angle you're looking at the screen from.
Thanks for the correction; I meant IPS glow.
Myself and many others went through multiple units of these that flicker at random.
Other than that it is a great price.
That one has a tn panel this is IPS
