If recommend getting a nice 4k IPS monitor for it. This is better if you plan on pc gaming

If you have a Xbox One S, then get yourself one of those modern 720p, 30hz screens.
Showing as £199.98 now. Ordered two for my son!

The comedy is strong with this one
I literally just received the Element Gaming 27" 1440p 144mhz screen from here - but it's a TN panel.

I'm very tempted to return it and get this (same specs, but with an IPS screen).

Great spot, OP!

[Edit - just realised it's a 1080p screen - that's a tricky decision: 1080p/IPS/144mhz or 1440p/TN/144mhz!?]

If you sit in front of your pc and dont plan on using it for colour sensitive work a 1440p TN is nicer than a 1080p ips. Also, 1080p on a 27 inch isn't the best

That was my thinking.
It's for the Boy's first Gaming Rig - it's "only" running a Sapphire RX590 Pulse, which will be great for 1080p, but I thought I'd grab the higher resolution screen so it won't need updating if I put a better GPU in at a later date.

(Also, I can "borrow" it for my 2080Ti system, or add the PS4 Pro/XboneX to it )
