The curry’s description states RTX 2060

Spec clearly states this is a 2060 and not 2070. I’d also avoid a 10th gen Intel for gaming. They run really hot and no option to undervolt.

Still seems expensive compared to some recent deals with 2060’s. I’d also avoid the hot 10th gen Intel if you can.
It's also a Max Q. The Omen posted yesterday was a much better deal.
Nice spec, but for gaming this would melt, Especially on a 10.
My 9 was terrible. Gave it to my kid and went full desktop.
Price wise it’s hot.

41774489.jpg Paid £1505 with recent discount code on Dell store.
17"- 1tb Nvme- rtx 2070(not max q) etc. for 100 quid more and 7% topcashback so imho this one is really not a great deal

The Dells do sometimes have cooling issues though so would probably still take the Omen unless that Dell has massively revamped cooling

If you look closely enough and research all gaming laptops between £1000-1500£ range literally all of them have some thermal/cooling issues. Even Alienwares for >£2000
Check YT where new HP Omen with R7 4800h had over 100°C constantly during gaming
I use an Omen 10th gen, 2060 rtx for gaming. I initially had temp issues reaching the mid 90's. After a BIOS update from HP and a cooling pad it runs in the 70s now on games like Control, Modern warfare and death stranding. All on very high or ultra settings.

Most of them but not all of them. Some of them run much closer to the edge than others.
Thanks for posting and a belated welcome to hotukdeals
