Oooops Cheers Torby Now Corrected

BT says it comes with a 30 day warranty, surely it should be at least 6 months if not the full 12

It's the other way around. Don't know which is worse though, Dabs were dreadful, BT strive to be worse.

The comet link shows the correct spec.

Looks like a stripped down refurb and knowing dabs/bt, it'll have the last persons details on there, just like my asus eee pc did.

Yep, looks like just the base unit, here's how it compares in size:
http://www.acer.com.tw/Icon/image/PC/AS%20X3200/compare(1).jpg

Quite small...and the processor is 2.1Ghz Dual core, check out the specs: hardware.info/en-…0e/

and some CPU reviews from Newegg (US): newegg.com/Pro…257

Here's some more details from a Norwegian site:

Specs: eXtra Small Form Factor
Size 100(W) x 330(D) x 265(H)
CPU : AMD Phenom X2 4050e
Memory : 2048 ( 2 x 1024MB ) DDR 667/800
Harddisk : 320GB (this deal is 160GB - easy to add more though) 7200 RPM SATA harddisk
Graphics : nVidia® GeForce® 8200 (onboard, and on par with the ATI Radeon 3200 HD)
Chip-set : nVidia
I think you can add another GPU to run in SLI mode: tomshardware.com/rev…tml
Optical Drive : DVD RW
Sound : Hi-definition audio (5.1), SPDIF, Dolby sound
Expansion : 1 x 1X PCIE, 1 x 16X PCIE (add a more powerful GPU)

The Comet one is more powerful running a AMD Phenom Triple Core (X3) 8450 2.1GHz CPU, 3GB RAM, and 640GB HD... where as this Dabs one is only a dual core: AMD Athlon 4050e X2s etc... not the same spec.

you mean BT own's the dab's brand i think bought dabs when first got into the iIT game

garbage456;3937900

laptop, desktop? processor, dual core? what size screen?

ermmm I was joking hence the

but perhaps I should have been more clear... sorry
(and that was my attempt at some sarcasm in case you were wondering )

I say this is totally hot, bought one today.

HDMI, firewire, 9 USB, Vista Premium, and the Nvidia 8200 graphics will play Crysis at low settings (check out videos on youtube demonstrating this). Perhaps even hybrid SLI.

Pity about the 30 day warranty, but I don't think you can buy such a relatively modern-specced PC anywhere else for £167.
